You'd think Harry Potter and friends might be immune to the swine flu. Or at least capable of casting a spell against it.
But no. Rupert Grint, the carrot-topped 20-year-old who long has played Potter's sidekick, Ron Weasley, came down with the nasty malady while filming "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," reports People.com.
Still, Grint is hoping to attend the Tuesday London premiere of the next installment in the series, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."
"It has just been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu," a spokesman for the actor said in a statement. "He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the junket and premieres this week, and he will then return to filming."
